Last summer, toxic algae blooms led to a drinking water ban in northwest Ohio. Now, a wide-ranging bill before the Ohio Senate aims to restrict fertilizer application, and reduce harmful algae affecting Lake Erie. This hour we'll talk about who's for and who's against it, and what chances the bill has of passing during the lame duck session.
