Last month Burger King announced it would buy Canadian doughnut chain Tim Hortons, and base themselves in Canada. Scores of American companies move overseas each year to avoid paying U.S. taxes. Some business leaders insist it's for growth, not money, but it raises questions about tax equity and corporate patriotism. We'll discuss the issue this hour.
