Senate Republicans are still working to make it harder for voters to amend the state constitution.
Their plan would require at least 60 percent of voters to pass an amendment, and that ballot campaigns gather voter signatures from all 88 counties, instead of the current 44 to get on the ballot.
However they're divided on whether to call a special August election to get it on the ballot.
We discuss the issue during this week's Reporter Roundtable.
