Dr. Bill LaFayette, vice president of economic analysis for the Columbus Chamber leads us into the new year with his witty and informative annual "Blue Chip Forecast," this year with an entertaining 30th celebration twist comparing the 2006 forecast with one for 1976. As the Chamber's chief economist, Dr. LaFayette analyzes and interprets economic and demographic trends for Chamber staff, civic leaders, and the Columbus community, and helps determine the implications of those trends for the Chamber's business advocacy and workforce development efforts.
