Columbus Metropolitan Club - Growing Regional, Growing Smart: MORPC Regional Survey Results
Chester Jourdan, executive director of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), unveils the results of the "Shaping our Future: the Regional Plan for Central Ohio" survey conducted with thousands of central Ohio residents. The on-line opinion survey, which received over 6,600 responses from Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway, Ross and Union counties, asked respondents what they liked most about central Ohio, what they would change and what sets us apart. The unveiling kicks off a four forum series entitled, "Growing Regional, Growing Smart" created in partnership with groups working together to examine regional issues.
