Columbus Metropolitan Club - Innovation Generation: Connecting Students to Jobs

Moderator Rich Rosen, Chair, Columbus State Community College; M. Scott Reeves, Executive Director, Secondary Academic Affairs, Westerville City Schools; and Lynn Elfner, CEO Emeritus, The Ohio Academy of Science discuss the need for nearly twice as many adults with postsecondary credentials to meet workforce demands by 2020. Together, k-12, higher education and area businesses are helping students earn the credentials needed to fill some of central Ohio's fastest-growing jobs in advanced manufacturing/robotics, business logistics, healthcare and information technology.
