Nelson, presidential professor of City & Metropolitan Planning at the University of Utah - as part of a national look at key metropolitan areas in the country - premiers results focused on the Columbus Region about market trends, emerging housing preferences, and opportunities for redevelopment to meet future needs of our residents. Nelson is nationally recognized in the areas of pioneering research in public finance, development policy and smart growth. Joining Nelson will be Rachel Garshick Kleit, professor, Knowlton School of Architecture City and Regional Planning.
