There are nearly 2,700 homeless kids attending classes in The Toledo Public Schools, according to the Ohio Department of Education. That's more than in any other school district in the State. Joining us tonight to explore this problem and perhaps more is Heather Baker, Director of Pupil Placement for Toledo Public Schools, and Renee Palacios, the Executive Director for Family House, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing for homeless families in crisis.
