Four years ago this summer, algae loaded with toxic cyanobacteria caused Toledo drinking water to be unsafe. Last year there was the third biggest algae bloom on record. Federal forecasters say this year could be just as bad or worse. Joining us to discuss these issues are Tom Henry, the environmental writer at the Toledo Blade, and Pam Taylor, an expert on factory farming and water quality.
