Bill Myles was born in an era when segregation was the law in some state and largely accepted in American life. Black Americans could no more play sports in the Major Leagues than they could imagine becoming President. He went on to serve for an amazing 22 years as a top assistant foot ball coach and associate athletic director at The Ohio State University. He, and collaborator Steve Davis, have written a book: Myles Traveled: Stories of my American Journey. Both of them join us.
