America has a black president, and toledo, a majority white city, currently has its third African-American mayor. but almost nobody would deny that racism still exists. There's a relatively new group in Toledo whose members are trying to do something about it. Dialogue to change Toledo believes we need to confront racism head-on and are holding a series of small group discussions in which citizens can frankly air and share their real perceptions and views. But how much can all this hope to accomplish? And what are the group's ultimate goals?
