Deadline Now - March 4, 2016 - Abortion Opposition

Forty-two years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that women have a constitutional right to seek an abortion. since then, abortion has gradually become perhaps the most controversial and polarizing political issue of all. Polls show most voters do not want Roe vs. Wade overturned but they also do not favor abortion on demand for women in their final months of pregnancy. Millions of Americans believe destroying a fetus is murder under almost any circumstances but millions of others do not. And they often say that those who oppose abortion have failed to propose a plan for taking care of unwanted children. Joining us tonight to explain their views are Patricia Todak, Executive Director of Heartbeat of Toledo, and Stephanie Krider, Executive Director of Ohio Right to Life.
