In November, Toledoans went to the polls in perhaps the most unusual election in their history and acting Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson wond an unexpectedly easy victory. But while she is finally Mayor in her own right, it doesn't look like she's won an easy two years. Days after the election, it was learned the city is facing an unexpectedly bid deficit. Toledo's roads are in bad shape and getting worse. The Mayor is asking voter to approve an income tax increase in March but much of that money would not go to fixing roads and there are increasing concerns about public safety an the fire chief's relationship with his men. So, what's the Mayor going to do?
