Governor John R. Kasich and Ohio Dept. of Taxation Commissioner Joe Testa host a town hall on the tax reform component of the Governor's FY 2014-2015 budget proposal at Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea in Columbus. With the governor is Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor, Director of the Ohio Department of Insurance. Also on hand is a panel of small business owners from across Ohio, and economic policy experts.
