It's the county seat of Allen County with a population of more than 38,000. Home to the Lima Civic Center, the Allen County Historical Museum, the Lima Army Tank Plant - sole producer of the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank - and the location of three universities and colleges: it's Lima, Ohio.
