Ohio Ballot Board - Examining Proposed Constitutional Amendment on Term Limits

Ohio Ballot Board will convene for the purpose of approving ballot language and receiving explanations and arguments for all three statewide initiatives that will appear before voters during the November 3, 2015 General Election. The Ballot Board will also direct the means by which the Secretary of State's office will disseminate information concerning the proposed ballot initiatives to the voters. The members will vote to authorize the Secretary of State to contract for the publication of the ballot language, explanations and arguments in a newspaper of general circulation in each county in the state as required by the Ohio Constitution.

Secretary Husted serves as the Chairman of the Ohio Ballot Board. Other members include Ohio Senate President Keith Faber, State Representative Kathleen Clyde, former State Senator Nina Turner and Mr. William Morgan.
