Te'Lario Watkins II founded Tiger Mushroom Farms when he was just 7 years old. With support from his family, Te'Lario now has a thriving business at the age of 9, growing varieties of shitake and oyster mushrooms in his basement.
Griffin Cider Works
Based near Cleveland, Griffin Cider Works specializes in high quality, English-
style hard ciders. It's made with fresh juice from eight to fifteen select varieties
of 100% Ohio grown apples. We know its authentic English-style because it's
made by an Englishman.
Carillon Brewery
In the 1880s, Dayton had 14 breweries. Today, this brewery serves 'History by
the Pint', by using traditional techniques. Historic recipes, historically brewed.
