The Vollrath family has a rich tradition of farming throughout the generations. But when Ruth was stricken with a heart ailment leaving her in need of a transplant, the family was shaken. Ruth received a new heart from a young boy and thanks to his invaluable gift, she's back on the farm and spreading awareness of organ donation.
