State Senator John Eklund re-introduces Senate Bill 41 of the 132nd General Assembly, which would establish better communication between advocates and survivors and will ensure that survivors feel protected and safe when seeking help from these services.
Companion legislation will be introduced by Representatives Tavia Galonski and Dick Stein.
