Homelessness is changing. Nationally, in spite of a housing crisis, national recession, and high unemployment, the numbers have been declining steady for a decade. But that's not the whole story. We'll talk about how this trend may not continue, and what central Ohio is doing to accommodate the growing number of homeless locally.
