Cleveland was once again the center of national attention this week as the bodies of 3 women were found in East Cleveland. This was the second incident in two months, and the third in four years. That's lead to headlines questioning the safety of women in Cleveland. But what do the women and men who live in these neighborhoods think? Do they feel safe?
