President Obama wants community college to be tuition-free. He also wants to increase capital gains taxes and increase sick time for workers, among other proposals. Much of what he'll suggest in his State of the Union Address tonight isn't likely to make it through the Congress. Is he digging in on principle, lone Democrat vs. Republican majorities, or will there be any room for compromise?
