In the last 18 months, there have been 74 school shootings in the US. Who's responsible is a matter of fierce disagreement. In the weeks after the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary, lawmakers promised reforms, but few gun regulations have changed. We'll discuss school safety procedures, and examine solutions to the troubling trends in gun violence.
