Before Columbus' Arena District had an arena, it was home to the Ohio Penitentiary, and some of the most dangerous criminals in the country. Though the prison closed in 1984, memories of horrific conditions, prison demons, and a Confederate jailbreak live on. This hour we'll look back on the unseemly history of this notorious animal factory.
