The U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1968 made it illegal to refuse to sell or rent to anyone because of his or her race, color, religion or national origin. In 2015, the Toledo Fair Housing Center is celebrating its 40th anniversary and still fighting to ensure fair housing and fair lending practices for all residents. Michael Marsh, President and CEO of Toledo Fair Housing Center, and Diana Patton, the Center's Vice-President and General Counsel are this week's guests on "Deadline Now."
