A provocative proposal has been put forward to merge two of northwest Ohio's most important educational institution's, the University of Toledo and the Medical University of Ohio. Tom Walton, editor of The Blade, discusses the possible merger with Dr. Dan Johnson, president of the University of Toledo, and Dr. Lloyd Jacobs, president of the Medical University of Ohio.
