Gov. Mike DeWine last week said that his position on abortion is evolving. While he remains opposed to it personally and the Issue 1 constitutional amendment, he acknowledged that the majority of Ohioans want exceptions for rape and incest.
He suggested that voters could come back with a different constitutional amendment that would allow that.
