All Sides with Ann Fisher

Description
Last week, Hollywood departed from its summer blockbuster lineup with "The Help" a film for grownups about a serious subject... the relationship of black maids and their white employers in the South during the civil rights era.

Today on "All Sides," We'll talk about personal memories of the human impact of Jim Crow in the South and racial discrimination in the North, an often painful subject.

Guests:

* Susan Tucker (Author and Curator, Newcomb College Center for Research on Women, Tulane University)

* Noel Williams (President, Columbus, NAACP)
