Yesterday, the Supreme Court head oral arguments on same-sex marriage. We look at the legal aspects of the case, and hear from organizations on both sides of the issue.
On one side of the issue we have plaintiffs like Cincinnati resident James Obergefell, seeking to have same-sex marriages recognized as a constitutional right applicable in all states. On the other side are the 'respondents,' states that seek to maintain their right to define marriage. The decision will likely be issued in June.
