All Sides with Ann Fisher

Description
A recent poll by Quinnipiac University found that most Ohioans are wary of Governor Kasich's proposed tax plan. The revamp includes a 20 percent decrease in the income tax, and an increase in sales tax, which some fear may burden the poor. Others feel the cuts will benefit small business and spur job growth. In this hour, we'll take a close look at the tax strategy of Ohio's budget.

Guests:

Tim Keen, Director of the Office of Budget and Management

Zach Schiller, Research Director at Policy Matters Ohio

Fred Bever, Massachusetts statehouse reporter for New England Public Radio
