Oregon, Alaska and Washington, D.C. have now legalized recreational marijuana, and over a dozen states approve its medical use. Since it first crossed the border into the U.S., pot has been a polarizing issue, blamed for violence in the '30s, sloth in the '60s, and experiencing a popularity surge in recent history. We'll look at marijuana culture past and present this hour.
