Once-"super-lobbyist" Neil Clark, a key figure in the $60 million Statehouse nuclear bailout scandal, was found dead near his home in Florida last week.

Two days after the grisly discovery, Ohio House Republicans declined to vote on whether to expel Clark's co-defendant, former House Speaker Larry Householder.
