The Youngstown forum was the eleventh of 12 statewide meetings where Governor Ted Strickland discussed his six principles for education reform and specific ideas for education while facilitating an interactive conversation with audience members and Webcast and television viewers. The forum was held Wednesday, September 3, at the Youngstown State University Kilcawley Center, One University Plaza, in Youngstown.

Audience members included individuals from Mahoning, Trumbull and Ashtabula counties.
