Ohio Courthouses: Seats of JusticeOhio Stories - History

Description
Dayton is the seat of Montgomery County. Organized in 1803, the county is in the western portion of Ohio. Of the five courthouses built in the county's history, the most notable architecturally is a Greek revival structure built in 1850. Dayton is most known for being home of the Wright Brothers, who made Ohio the "birthplace of aviation".
