Senate Minority Leader Nickie J. Antonio (D-Lakewood), and Representative Michael J. Skindell (D-Lakewood) announce the reintroduction of the Ohio Fairness Act, legislation to prohibit discrimination of LGBTQ+ Ohioans.

This is a reintroduction of bipartisan Senate Bill 119 and House Bill 208 of the 134th General Assembly, previously supported by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, the Ohio Manufacturers' Association, and more than 1,300 businesses through Ohio Business Competes.
