State Representatives Robert Sprague (R-Findlay), Ryan Smith (R-Bidwell), and other House members held a press conference to discuss the House Republican Caucus' continued commitment to passing comprehensive legislation targeted at the opiate addiction epidemic in Ohio. Reps. Sprague and Smith will focus on the funds allocated in the MBR and House Bill 369 to treatment and recovery for both addiction and mental health.
