COLUMBUS-State Representative Robert Sprague (R-Findlay) will be joined by State Senator Jim Hughes (R-Columbus) and the founder of Tyler's Light, Wayne Campbell, to hold a press conference and discuss the 9-1-1 Good Samaritan law, which became law through the signing of House Bill 110 and becomes effective Tuesday, September 13. The 9-1-1 Good Samaritan law provides immunity to individuals for minor drug possession offenses when they seek emergency assistance during a drug overdose.
