Governor Taft watches as Firestone High School students complete their engineering/mechanics experiment during the Governor's Project Lead the Way tour. The Governor visited schools in Akron on October 16, 2006 who have successfully implemented the Project Lead the Way Program, a four-year sequence of courses which helps to introduce students to the scope, rigor and discipline of engineering and engineering technology prior to entering college.
