Super-confident, high energy, racing speech; these are some of the symptoms of bipolar disorder as are reckless behaviors, intense guilt, irritability, crushing depression. One of the most daring films at this year's Cleveland International Film Festival presented intimate details of what it's like to live with the extraordinary mood swings of bipolar.
