The Indians enter the All-Star break on fire, sweeping Kansas City in Progressive Field, a ballpark built with taxes on smokers and drinkers. Was the 'sin tax,' passed to build the ballpark and an arena for the Cavaliers and extended to build a stadium for the Browns, a good deal?
